Library @ the Curve
Recently revisited the library @ the curve on a Wednesday with great disappointment. Firstly, we ordered a a jug of carlsberg which didn't taste very fresh. Secondly, we decided to get more beer, so we ordered a few pints of Kronenbourg. But our group was greatly disappointed when the beers came as it was plainly flat and tasteless. Being regular drinkers of Kronenbourg, a friend complaint to our waiter - who obviously wasn't well trained in English and could not understand our explanations. The manager came around and took our drinks for a taste, after a long while, he came back and told us there are "2" types of Kronenbourg, and the ones served to us were a lighter brew, and didn't offer to change our drinks, despite our displeased. Dear manager, a lighter brew is not an explanation for flat, tasteless beer. We were the only customers at the late weekday night and service was poor. This once popular hang-out is definitely losing its shine thru poor service and bad drinks. As paying customers, it's a shame Malaysians aren't voicing out more on tasteless beers being served at bars that are just interested in making more money.
